A quick service of the shock this morning as I had bought a service kit a couple of weeks ago

I was going to do a full write up with photos as a guide, but having watched MBRs youtube guide, I really don't think I can add anything more.
Quick and easy job (other than getting the smaller plastic bushes back in).
I normally service mine twice a year, but it seems that for the average amount of riding I do, I should be doing a service nearly twice as often as that (every 30 hours riding).
Having wrecked a shaft of a shock on a previous bike as it ran out of float fluid and scored the shaft badly, I would definitely recommend spending £18 every few months.
